We want you to love your DONNI. pieces as much as we loved making them. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 21 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your request within 5-7 business days of receipt.
